What we collect when you submit the contact form

Name, email, the engagement type you selected, and the brief you wrote. Nothing else. The form posts to a server-side endpoint hosted on Vercel, which forwards the message in a single email to info@adaptive-mind.com and discards the request body. We do not persist your submission to a database, a CRM, or a marketing tool. Replies happen from the same address, by hand.

What we do not collect

We run no analytics on this site — no Google Analytics, no Plausible, no Vercel Web Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no Hotjar, no LinkedIn Insight Tag. There are no third-party advertising scripts, no behavioural tracking cookies, and no server-side fingerprinting. The only cookies present are the session-scoped cookies Vercel may use for edge-cache and routing on the platform layer.

Logs and infrastructure

The site is hosted on Vercel. Vercel maintains short-lived edge access logs (request URL, timestamp, IP, user agent) for security and abuse prevention. Those logs are governed by Vercel’s own privacy policy and are typically retained for a few weeks before rotation. The studio does not export, mine, or otherwise process those logs for marketing.

Email infrastructure

Outgoing transactional email (from the contact form) is sent through Google’s SMTP relay. Google may briefly process the message in transit per its own privacy practices. The receiving address info@adaptive-mind.com is the single point of contact for the studio. Reply emails go straight back from a human to your address.

Your rights

If you have submitted a brief and you would like the resulting email thread deleted, write to info@adaptive-mind.com and we will purge the thread, including the trash folder, within seven days. If you would like to know what, if anything, we still hold about you, ask the same address. Same address for any GDPR / DPDP request. Replies come within seven days.

Updates

If this policy changes, the page is dated at the top. There is no automated notification. Any change that widens the data we collect will be flagged in plain prose at the top of this page on the day it lands.
